Gayle
O'Neill is a client manager for TOTAL
Business Consultants based in Tasmania. She provides front line
support for consultants, ensures quality of all documentation and
is the first point of contact for the business. She has also been
involved with the development and production of many of the One
Day Profit and Growth Plan and Ag-Business Profit and Growth Plan
work books and tools. She is involved in all projects undertaken
by TOTAL Business Consultants
as a Client and Member Support Officer.
Gayle completed a Bachelor of Commerce in 1996 at the University
of Tasmania with double majors in marketing and management. Gayle
has also successfully completed an Introductory Course to Market
Research conducted by the Market Research Society of Australia.
She has extensive experience in:

Market Research: Gayle has particular expertise in the design
and analysis of large scale market research surveys.
- Strategic
Planning: Gayle helped with the development and delivery of
the Ag-Business Profit and Growth process with Owen Tilbury and
Malcolm Cowan. This included providing 1:1 assistance to clients
in areas such as data gathering, entering results, creating a
SWOT analysis and developing action plans. She has also been involved
in a large number of other planning projects providing similar
assistance.
- Client
Management: As the first point of contact for TOTAL Business
Consultants, Gayle has developed extensive skills in problem solving
and meeting customer requirements in a broad range of areas.
In
the last few years she has worked with clients in:

Agribusiness:
Gayle has facilitated Ag-Business Profit and Growth Plans in the
North East Tasmania. She has also client managed projects with
Westhaven Dairy, Bellamy Country Foods and Flinders Island Quality
Meats.
- Government:
Gayle has been involved in several market research projects for
government organisations including Private Forests Tasmania, State
Library of Tasmania and the Office of Sport and Recreation.
- Manufacturing:
Gayle has client managed projects with organisations such as Blue
Horizons Outdoor Clothing Co and Technical Edge Pty Ltd (Pivot
Peg).
- Textiles,
clothing and footwear:
Gayle has been involved in assisting in the creation of succession
plans for organisations such as International Foot and Shoe Clinic.
She has also client managed a project for Tamar Knitting Mills.
- Information
technology:
Gayle has been the client manager for projects such as I-Pharmacy.
