Fantastic time swimming almost daily. Visited Bicheno and did surf fishing ... also caught flathead, mullet
and trevally on the jetty below.

Step outside

Compete with the pelicans at the jetty for a catch of flat-head or trevally. Hire a game-fishing boat to try your luck out past the Barway. Take to the links at the St Helens Golf Club. Go scuba diving, bike riding, orienteering or bush walking.

Explore in any direction for beach and scenic surprises. Go body surfing or boogie-boarding at Beer Barrel Beach (wet suits and boards provided). Or wander over the red lichen covered rocks towards the towering Peron sand-dunes.

Drive north to the world renowned Bay of Fires, site of one of Australia’s award winning eco-lodges. Drive south via the Chain of Lagoons past pristine beaches with world class views.

Endulge at the award winning Angasi Restaurant at Binalong Bay.

Take a walk to Ralph's or St Columba Falls, past the Pub in the Paddock (and its famous beer-swilling pet pig!) of explore the Trail of the Tin Dragon.

Or just sit back with glass or book in hand, free from noisy neighbours or ringing phones.
